  • Mani Adeli

    Mani Adeli is a founding member of Adeli LLP. His practice involves patent prosecution, patent analysis and opinions, trade secret disputes, intellectual-property licensing, and other aspects of intellectual property law. Mani specializes in creating patent portfolio for small to medium sized companies. In the past, Mani’s practice involved all facets of intellectual property, including U.S. and international patent prosecution, patent analysis, intellectual-property litigation and licensing, and trade secret disputes.

    Nathaniel Ross specializes in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on the prosecution of patent applications in the electronic, computer, software, and mechanical fields. Mr. Ross’ experience includes two summers as an engineering intern in the telecommunications field as well as working as a research assistant in the physics department at Princeton University.

  • Adam Littman

    Adam Littman specializes in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electronic, computer, software, and mechanical fields. Mr. Littman has experience in describing complicated electrical and mechanical systems in concise and understandable terms. This experience includes three years teaching electronics and physics to engineering students as a teaching and research assistant at Cornell University, as well as over fifteen years on the job experience writing and prosecuting patent applications.

  • Elizabeth Kapocius

    Elizabeth Kapocius specializes in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on the prosecution of patent applications in the electronic, computer, and software fields. Ms. Kapocius attended Purdue University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Law and Society, while also taking extensive courses in the fields of math, physics, and engineering.

  • Mitzi Williams

    Mitzi Williams is a patent prosecution assistant at Adeli LLP. She joined Adeli LLP shortly after graduating from Loyola Marymount University (LMU), where she studied Physics, Applied Mathematics, and Studio Arts. While studying at LMU, she worked as a physics lab teaching assistant leading physics lab classes for students studying varying STEM fields, and wrote her senior research thesis investigating space weather effects on GPS based navigation. She also held leadership positions in Delta Delta Delta, an international sorority, and Order of Omega, a national sorority and fraternity honor society, while maintaining active membership with the Society of Physics Students, and Sigma Pi Sigma, a national physics honor society.

    Eric Shen is a patent prosecution assistant at Adeli LLP. He joined Adeli LLP shortly after graduating from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), where he studied and earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science while specializing in Systems and Software. While studying at UCI, he took extensive courses in varying fields including Artificial Intelligence, Algorithms, Computer Networking, Embedded Software, Information Retrieval, and Operating Systems. He also worked on various projects including creating a music player using an 8-bit microcontroller, developing a checkers AI, and programming a web crawler for a search system.
