Adeli LLP is a growing intellectual property and technology firm with offices in Southern and Northern California. We are looking for bright, talented attorneys and agents to serve leading edge technology clients in a variety of fields, including semiconductors, communications, and computer software.

We provide a collegial working environment for energetic people. Responsibilities vary with the job in question but will primarily include preparation and prosecution of patent applications or negotiation and drafting of IT and IP contracts. Employees may also have opportunities to do e-commerce and privacy counseling, trademark prosecution, and pre-trial counseling and opinion work.

The Adeli LLP Los Angeles office is located in Brentwood within a few miles of the beaches of Santa Monica. Our Mountain View office is mid-peninsula, in the Silicon Valley, within a few miles of many of our clients. Finally, our Irvine office is located near the Hi-Tech center of Orange County.

For patent prosecution positions, the firm is interested in candidates with more than 1 year of prosecution experience, and for degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, or physics.
